Plannja is one of four subsidiaries of the SSAB Group. SSAB, a leading manufacturer of ultra high-strength steel sheet and cold-rolled steel, has been listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange's A-list since 1989. Shareholders include Swedish and international institutional investors and private individuals. Industrivärden is the largest single shareholder. Market capitalization value amounts to about 1.5 billion euros. The SSAB Group has 9,300 employees and sales of about 2.5 billion euros. www.ssab.com
